“Not giving up yet as I love the concept.. however after about 15 attempts over the last week... coffee is either to watery or water won't come through as its too packed .. and I've tried so many variances of packing. The margin of error to get the right coffee is pretty small. I wonder if the ground coffee that came with the starter pack is to fine perhaps?

“The little apparatus works well and I desperately want to have a reusable pod. However, I've tried two sorts of coffee and being a Melbourne Coffee Snob, they are not as good as the Nespresso ones. A bit watery. However, please offer me tips to improve the taste. Willing student.”
“The holes are too small for the water to pass through the coffee granules so even a long pour is only a tiny amount of coffee. We are extremely disappointed with this products it’s a total waste of money, time and effort.”
