“At first I had a bit of getting used to ‘clicking’ the pod into position in my Nespresso machine (an older type), but now that I have used the pods a few times, I am more than happy to use them. It also encourages me to use my machine more often, as I was finding it difficult to justify the land waste with the Nespresso pods. Now, the grinds go straight into my compost bin. The contribution to landfill, with the packaged product and over time is unsustainable. This way, you are not denying yourself a good cup of filter coffee. the residual coffee goes straight into our compost bin.”
