“I wanted these to be great but I was disappointed. I found the capsule hard to fit in the machine (Creatista plus) it kept getting jammed and stuck making me worried it would cause damage. I removed the rubber ring and it still jammed and I had to force it out. Persevering It was also difficult to get the coffee right to achieve a non- weak and watery coffee. One out of 5 cups at best was drinkable. This probably takes practice but the constant jams on top of this are making me give up.”
“I’ve tried different ground coffee, packing the pods tight, loose and nothing works. I need a minimum of 3 pods per coffee to even get a semi decent one. By the time I’ve made the second coffee (for two of us) the first one is cold not to mention the mess with coffee grains over the kitchen. Can I get a refund?”
“The concept is great but the quality of the coffee is disappointing, watery and weak! I used two pods and it was still weak and watery. The product is great but not worth the money due to the quality of coffee you get.”
“Im underwhelmed. Firstly the pod is very difficult to feed into my Delonghi Nespresso Essenza which was supposed to be compatible. I have to put one hand up underneath (basically inside the machine!) to feed it into place as I drop it in from the top. That aside the small amount of coffee grind that you can fit inside a podstar simply doesnt deliver a satisfying coffee flavour. I would need to do 2 x pods to get a coffee of acceptable flavour. Which wasnt mentioned at point of purchase.
Having said that I cant fault the speed and professionalism of delivery.”
