“All in all the online tool to create the chips and the quality is excellent. However, it would be nice if there was an actual number that can be called instead of just email correspondence although response time was quick. Also, the price was reasonable but it would be nicer if there were options for less quantity. 100 min is a bit high. Finally, it took a while to get my order shipped due to the entire company being off during the time of purchase. There should have been a notification of the days the company would be closed prior.”
