“The clarity of the print was not as sharp as what appeared on the computer screen. The design software was easy enough to use once I figured it out. Delivery was quick, once the coins were printed. I misread the print/delivery dates (2-3 days to print, and 2-3 days for delivery), but customer service was helpful in clarifying the issue via email. Overall an okay product for what I’m using them for. I would recommend the company offer the option of a PROOF before final production, so the buyer can make any changes or see what the final product looks like.”
