“I have had three separate orders within the last month. After each order I get a email from this company that says take an additional 20% off your next order by using the promo code. On my second order I tried to use the code at checkout and it would not work. There is a pop up message screen that pops up “pokerchat” I explained I couldn’t use the code and left my order #, email and message,i never got a response back. After that order I got the same promo email, I made a third order and it again wouldn’t let me use promo code. I got the message again and again left my issues that was to go to sales@pokerchips.com. I have still yet to hear from them. Now as for as the ease of the website to design a custom chip, it is great! Delivery was fast and the product is great with no issues. Only issue is promo code and no human to talk to at customer service.”
