“Their communications is very slow and it was blamed on COVID. After placing my order I never saw any update to my order status although it was accepted. I sent several messages and finally they did get back to me and acknowledge the order and asked when did I need it by. I admit I did not put a date I needed it by but I was placing my order at least a month in advance so I thought that would be ok. Once they got back to me by email “Note: there is no phone number to call” and as an example they reached out via email on Let’s say Monday and I received my chips that Saturday expedited shipping which was nice. I ordered red and white with black border and black and white with a red border around the image with the same two images on both chips. The red and white was fine but the black and white the border around the image which is from their color wheel was supposed to be red one side looked like red and the other side was closer to orange. I contacted them and asked them to review the chip they produced instead they asked me for a picture I told them from the picture it would be hard to tell you would need to look at the chip that’s why I thought they would be able to review their sample. In any case they looked at the picture and said looks good to them and sorry I was not happy. Everyone I showed the chip to said it closer to orange “my people were good with it because it was so close” but the border was similar to the background of one of the images which was close to orange. I thought they would acknowledge there was a color difference but they did not so I guess it’s my eyes. Not 100 percent sure I would use them again but their web site was the easiest to use by far and that was the main reason why I used them. The quality of the chips were good and the replication of the images was good only problem was the border around one of the images. If I can leave a picture I will.”
