“The custom poker chips I ordered came out great! The only down--side within the website's system is that it doesn't show you how very dark/fuzzy the images will turn out (and I submitted hi-res images but there was no tool to shrink them, so I was forced to use low-res images), nor does it explain what "semi-gloss" is. I was expecting to be able to write on them with wet/dry-erase markers because of the use of the word "gloss" but they weren't glossy at all. Those gripes aside, they came out looking almost exactly how I asked and apart from various mold injection points or plastic shavings sticking out here or there, they look amazing! Definitely ordering more in the future but I now know there are a few caveats to this product (not really any deal-breakers though).”
