I thought it would be a sticker on a disc but it’s not, it’s printed and the text and images are so clear. He sold his comic collection this year to buy a RUSH pinball machine and these serve as “quarters” for holding your place in line. As friends come to play, they will take home their “coin” so I look forward to ordering more. Oh, also, because of supply chain issues they let me know it would be a bit longer and asked for my latest day to receive it to have them here for the birthday and they delivered even a little early.”
“I ordered the same design in 3 different colors with the tri-white pattern. Was informed that the tri-color pattern was out of stock, so went with the 8-white edged pattern, 3 colors, same design. No tracking info and no idea when my order was coming. When it did arrive, two of the colors had the correct images, but the third color had some other pattern. Waiting to hear back on getting that third color replaced with the correct image.”
“I have made 2 orders from you guys. The first one was awesome and no issues at all. The second time, issues. The color/style chip was out of stock. I waited 2 weeks to contact you and was told things were moving slower due to slow product restock. Was told it would be done shortly. Waited another 1.5 weeks and still nothing. Contacted again and was told that the color/style was not in stock and did not know when it would be. I understand that there are issues right now, but I feel it should have been you guys that contacted me and told me the issues and not waiting for me to get to a frustrated point in contacting your company multiple times.
