After and a week and a half of my order saying processing I emailed and received no reply, but did receive a shipping notice the following day. The chips arrived and looked amazing. My email was never returned and the status only changed after delivery. I am very happy with chips and will order again, but I will ignore the 3-5 day thing and assume about 10-14 days.
