“The final product was fine but the time it took to get my order was ridiculous. When I placed my order on 9/1 my order confirmation said my order will ship in 3-5 days, After multiple emails checking in on my order I finally received my order at the end of October. They did respond to my emails which I appreciated and explained they were behind on orders and the hurricane didn't help. I placed my order 2 weeks before the hurricane so I should have received them well before the hurricane hit them according to my confirmation. If they were that backed up why did their website keep advertising orders ship within 3-5 days. I feel its shady and misleading for a company to advertise a quick turnaround when in reality it takes well over a month.”
