Shortly after placing my order the same day, I received an email stating the chips are being shipped. That was clearly incorrect. Because of that correspondence, I had no way of tracking my order. I contacted customer service. They replied within a couple days telling me my order hadn’t been produced yet, but was in the queue and the chips would be mailed that same day after production. Unfortunately because of the erroneous shipping email I had already received, I would not be receiving another email about the shipment, and there was no way to track it.
Give yourself enough time for production and delivery. Do not go by their shipping times. The only part of the order that is expedited is the shipping, not the production.”
