“Really lovely product! Works surprisingly well wiith my light complexion. The item was packaged in a beautiul medium sized box with Styrofoam - so it arrived in perfect condition.”

“The item is great but there is soooo much packaging for one tiny item. Styrofoam, plastic and a box for something that weighs next to nothing was a bit of an overkill. Please consider your postage process for future deliveries and the environment.”

“I knew I loved the product, I have been through quite a few of them, but what I was really impressed with was the customer service. I was sent accidentally the wrong product and when contacting customer support they had the correct item on its way to me that same day and told me to keep the incorrect item as an apology! Very happy customer :)”

“This is the best eyebrow pencil I’ve used and I’ve always used them since my teens. However the actual pencil is flimsy- the day I got my first one the comb end came off and the lid was too big for it the minute I took it off. It’s still great, but would be better if the casing was a bit more sturdy.”
