“I used to carry around a billfold with a change compartment in my front pocket, but I noticed I've been using less and less cash over the last couple of years, so I decided it was time to downsize. This is the perfect size for the number of cards I carry on an everyday basis (9 total, about half of which are thinner than the typical credit card, like my insurance ID), and it fits so much better in my jeans.
The leather isn't as thick as on some other Popov items I own, (from reading some other reviews I gather this is the second edition of this wallet), but seems durable, and the stitching is excellent as usual. I've had it for about a month now, and the pockets broke-in to hold multiple cards easily in that time, but are still tight enough that nothing is falling out.
