“The quality of the workmanship and leather is the best I have seen. It seems as though 2 types of leather was used, one with excellent patina and then a smooth leather. I really prefer the pre-patinad, though I know that over time it will patina accordingly (see pics).
I thought I was ready to downsize my wallet, but I found that this one is a bit too small for me. This is not the reason for deducting a star, but rather that it seems to be tailored toward American money which is smaller than Canadian and I had to end up folding it in quarter folds which is more of a pain than I would have thought. I have since went back to my old wallet (as I need to keep receipts for work), but will keep this one for travel.
