“I bought 3 belts. and because your web site said to buy them 2" larger than my normal belt size, I did so. and they were way too big - by 2"-3". I wrote the web site about returns and was told that I had to mail them back for exchange and I had to bear the cost of shipping the package back to Popov. many on line sellers give their customers a prepaid return label - but that was not the case with you guys. And i had to fill out a customs form at the post office of which i did not expect. if you are going to sell product in the US - act like other on line sellers and provide a prepaid return label and at least advice that i have to fill out a customs form (maybe provide it on your web site). AND i followed your instructions to order the belts 2" larger than i would have - so i believe that Popov should stand the $21 it cost me to send them back for return.”

“So I have used a Card Holder from Popov for the last 6 years or so. Still have the original one. It is awesome! The patina on it is amazing and it has held up like nothing else. I also have a second one in storage, should I ever need it but at this rate, I doubt I will.
That said, I decided to try Popov for a belt since I was using some bonded leather piece of scrap. Since receiving my belt, which is sized and colored perfectly, it has been nothing be awesome. It makes my stale, unwashed jeans pop... and stay on. I go out to the store and people comment, "What an amazing belt, you must be a genius, would you accept all my money?" I kindly decline, but this belt is it. Don't look any further.
Some statements may have been embellished but not regarding the quality of the belt. Truly awesome. As long as you keep making products I will keep coming back. I just wish they didn't last as long so you were more appropriately compensated for your craft.”
“Overall, I’m very happy. The leather is gorgeous and thick. When you take this belt out of the box you intrinsically understand that it’s a quality item that will last a long time. The measuring guide worked out great for me. I used my old belt to get my size, and my Popov belt fits comfortably in the center hole. My one gripe is the distance between the buckle and the belt guide. The center of the buckle to the guide is about 2” which means I can’t center the buckle on some of my jeans. It isn’t a deal breaker but something to consider.”
