“Very nice collar, had to exchange it for the 20" which was a simple process. Only thing that was missed was when I did the return I was told I could have the engraving I originally ordered put onto the exchanged collar but it didn't have it when it arrived.
But the collar is definitely good quality, color is nice and looks great on my dog.
