“You can't beat this beautiful, thick piece of Horween goodness! It looks so classy and feels even more luxurious! When I purchased it, I was concerned that leather dye would come off onto my hands, keyboard, and mouse each day of use. I was worried that my mouse might not track well on it. Also, I was prepared to line the bottom of it with cork, because I thought it would probably slip around on my desk.
Despite my concerns, the thought of having a desk pad made out of 9oz Horween leather was too tempting for me to resist. After using it 8-16 hours daily for the past month, I can report that all of my concerns were unfounded: the dye doesn't rub off like I thought it would; my mouse tracks perfectly on it; finally, the pad stays planted--even on my clear-coated butcher block desk.
