“Although I received a much lighter shade than I'm used to with HB products, I still must give 5 stars for the quality of the product and the way Popov resolved the situation quickly. Very thick and strong. The HB I find a little rougher/grainier than the black or natural, but not in a bad way. Expect this one to patina nicely over the years.”
