“This is the second wallet I have ordered from Popov and I am always exceptionally pleased with the product and service. I originally ordered the flat wallet with the 2 card slots on each side. When it arrived it was a little thick and stiff for me. Just a lot of layers of leather that stack and the seams make it stiff and thick. I contacted Ryan with pictures just to say that he may want to look at other options for assembling this design due to the thickness. I was going to keep it and just hope that it broke in better. Ryan contacted me within about 2 hours to thank him for the pictures and offered to exchange it for a different style. I ended up getting the version with the ID window and LOVE IT! Much thinner and pliable. Doesn't poke in the pocket. If getting any version I would look more at the version with the quick draw slot, or the ID window, the 2 extra card slots just make it too thick and stiff. I have worked in service based industries for a long time. I am rarely impressed by service I receive because I know that it is not genuine and the service I am being given is more just an expectation from the associate, however nice it may be, and less about genuine care and concern for my happiness as a customer. Ryan and his team go above and beyond to ensure customer happiness and it is immensely appreciated. Definitely makes me happy to be a repeat customer and makes me look forward to future business”

“I think this Driftwood Flat wallet with QuickDraw pocket is cool! The thickness is just perfect and feels solid and high quality as heck!
The edges were almost seamless in some parts making it look like one piece of thick leather.
I put my License and my Main Credit Card in the Quickdraw pocket. On the other side I Put my Insurance cards and Wholesale Club Cards. With all that stuff, it's a bit too stiff to use the middle pocket for cash. So I will have to reduce the amount of cards or wait until it stretches out a bit to put in the cash.
Otherwise it's totally fantastic!
