“As a field investigator, I was drawn to this product. The quality of the product had great and long-term capabilities and I was pleased. The option of monogramming was almost invisible to see when i first received it. I would recommend filling in the embossing with white or any color paint or other product so it stands out. Finally, I did not receive any notebooks with my prize and that was disappointing as the ones at Office Max /Office Depot do not (inserts from the side instead of the top.) fit in the case. I might recommend a reusable top slot as an option. Hope these ideas are well received. I will continue to patronize your company as your product are all 5-star quality.
