“I would definitely order from Popov again, but I would not order the leather protection products. I ordered a leather Apple Watch band, along with the scrub and balm. The package arrived damaged. The scrub had cracked and ruined the watch band. I think in future, if the scrub is going to be shipped, it ought to be packed in a box as opposed to just a thin plastic envelope.
I would definitely order again, however, because customer service was excellent. My watch strap was replaced, and I was refunded the cost of the scrub and balm.”
Ahh! That's so frustrating Kim. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience here. I can imagine your disappointment opening a soggy package :( I'm glad we were able to get your goods replaced. I think this is valuable feedback and will see what we can do about upgrading the packaging on the scub.
