“This wallet was a replacement for one I purchased a while back. The quality of the leather and craftsmanship is amazing. The previous one broke down sooner than I had hoped. It had absolutely nothing to do with the wallet, the material, or the craftsmanship involved. It broke down solely and completely due to my being incredibly hard on things. One month of use with me is probably equivalent to a year or more of use by normal people. I am an HVAC/R tech and crawl, slide, slither, get into attic spaces, crawl spaces, on top of ceilings, walk-ins, and just about everything else that most people wouldn't or couldn't get into to run wire, refrigeration piping, ductwork, and controls in areas that are just plain nasty. The previous wallet rode in my back pocket and would get hung up on just about everything you can imagine. I plan on trying to be nicer to this one to help it fulfill its goal of being a lifelong wallet. Popov leather makes great things that I am proud to carry and use.”
“Im gonna start by saying hands down this is the best wallet i own. The stitching is perfect and it has more space for cards then i even need . I like the chain and hooks because they dont look cheap and feel very tough. The wallet does stick out of my back pocket though thats easily solved by putting it in the front pocket. I love the texture of the outside. It has 2 pockets for bills however im fairly certain you could put a cheque book in one and bills in the other There is only one thing i would prefer be made optional which is not available at the moment and that is a lining the wallet is unlined and i can see this becoming a possible issue in adverse conditions such as rain or snow. I believe having a lining may prevent such an issue from rising but im not an expert on leather goods so perhaps that may not be the best solution however i hope its considered.”
