I ordered my wallets just before Christmas 2023. The delivery was misdirected by Canada Post. I though they were lost. I contacted Popov and Althea replied immediately. She offered to resend the order without any hesitation. In the end, the original delivery was found. I can’t say enough of how great the customer service is. “The wallet holds all of the needed cards. It holds plenty of bills in the center. It just gets thicker. It’s only downfall is it’s easy to pull a bill out from the wrong direction and rip it. Luckily, this was only done once. Lesson learned. You just have to pay attention to which side the bill should be pulled out from. No matter how much is crammed into it, it’s still comfortable in a front pocket.”
