“The wallet is very stiff because the leather is of such high quality. It will over time change color and soften. It is a great wallet and will last a very long time long time.”
“I'm fairly disappointed in this wallet. It is SO HUGE and feels like a brick in my pocket. Not only that the edges of the leather are rough cut, unburnished. It appears as though they burnished the bottom and sides of the wallet after it was constructed, but every other edge is left rough cut. The craftmanship is what I would expect from a high school Senior learning the trade. With only 5 cards (3 credit, costco, drivers license) and 2 bills, it's OVER one inch thick. I'll be giving this very expensive chunk of leather to my kids to play with as soon as I get a more reasonable replacement.”
“Love it. Likely the last wallet I’ll own. Bought the English tan, polished it up lightly with some ox blood shoe polish and after a couple of days finished with mink oil. Now the color is brilliant and the leather is more supple as well as water resistant.”
