I informed them of this after I received an email requesting me to leave a review. So I email about this and no reply, it's been days. Perhaps if you're not "someone like me", you'll get a response. The owner sends automated personal messages but you can't do that when you don't reply to customers. It's not real.
On the other hand. I'm getting like nearly 2 or 3 spam mails a days and discounts to buy the same wallet I already bought. That's not how you run a newsletter.
Overall, what initially was an exciting experience when receiving the wallet, turned into a little sour experience by the end because of customer service. 3 stars for the wallet, 2 taken off for bad and rude service. Although the wallet is 5 stars itself.”

I see that you emailed our team on Saturday, unfortunately our workshop is closed on both Saturday and Sunday - we do receive a lot of emails and try to reply within 1-2 business days, so I apologize if our reply was not fast enough here. “I got this to replace an ailing old, cheap bifold. I was worried about how much thicker and heavier this wallet compares to other "craft" wallets, but ultimately it was the only one I was looking at that would fit the full contents of my old wallet and the dimensions were no bigger. Came in and I love it! The leather feels so buttery & supple. It looks gorgeous, smells great even. The card slots are tight & secure. It's big enough to hold lots of bills and miscellaneous papers/cards, yet it still folds into a compact shape due to being a trifold.
The worst I can say about the wallet is the windowed card slot for ID/licenses has a substantial enough border that it covers too much and will require you to take the card out anyway if you need to show it to someone.”
