“The English Tan Turntable Mat was beautifully finished. The mottled color would add a deluxe look to any turntable. My dismay centers on the fact that the leather is slightly thinner on one side causing records to behave as if they have a slight warp. This is on a Linn LP12 turntable.
I very much like the anti-static effects. Sonically, it seemed to neither add or detract from the stock felt mat. But I did not spend too much time evaluating because of the constant up and down motion of the tone arm...Sort of a 50/50 review.”
