“I purchased a tray for myself in 2019 and like it so much I ordered two more for my son and son-in-law respectively for Christmas ’20. One of the trays I received was stained on the back side from the tannery which became visible when the tray was snapped together. I contacted Popov and they immediately sent out a new tray (which was perfect) at no cost and told me there was no need to send the flawed tray back. I own several Popov products and they are all of the highest quality, just like their customer service.”
