“I would recommend the product to friends and family because the craftsmanship is well done, and i very much enjoyed the correspondence along the way, however my experience doesn’t come without issue. The delivery was later than original expected, and within an hour of wearing the watch the retaining pin fell out and only one side of the band remains connected. I can’t find the pin, so for the time being I am, again, watchless. A bummer, but I can absolutely see that you care about your work and you deliver a wonderful product.”
