“The first watch band sent to me was the wrong one. It was the wrong color and it was for an Apple Watch. The second band sent to me was the correct one but it didn't come with any pins. So, no big deal, I ordered pins but after almost a month, I'll be able to wear my watch. The band seems to be good quality but your customer service attention-to-detail needs to be worked on.”
