About the color, we totally understand that sometimes the photos online might not be a perfect match to what you get in your hands. Since we use full-grain leather that's tanned by hand, it can vary from cow to cow. We're always trying to improve, so your feedback is definitely noted.
As for the quality, we handcraft our bands from full-grain leather. It's a softer, more flexible type of leather that we really love because of its durability and feel. But I understand that everyone has their own preferences on look and feel.
