“No complaints over the quality and craftsmanship of the leather. So far once mounted to the watch my father has no negative thing to say over the leather. It's beautiful. My 2 star review lies completely un the upstanding and quality customer service which did not exist in this purchase.
I purchased this watch band after looking for several days for the right one for my father wedding anniversary which came and went on July 20th. The original purchase of this was done on June 30th (Tuesday), the package did not receive a tracking number till the July 9th (Thursday). which showed an ETA of July 20th. I immediately started e-mailing and calling in an attempt to ask why it took 8 business days for them to even mail the watchband out. I was greeting by "...we are making and shipping products within 5 business days (Monday-Friday)". It was shown on your website that the item I order was in-stock and available. Putting somewhere on the website that the leather is in stock however the product needs to be made I think is crucial information in a customer making their purchase decision.
I was never called regarding this complaint, no genuine response or explanation (though they claim to be "Always ready to talk").
Lie to me, something is better than nothing.
The FAQ stated:
"USA Shipping
•STANDARD: Made to order + delivered in 5-15 business days."
But also that they have added 5 days to this estimate. I ONLY recommend this product to those online because you simply cannot beat the quality of this leather and handmade workmanship. That being said however; I received my watchband July 28th. 28 days later. It took 28 days because, reasons?”
