“The watchstrap that I originally received was acceptable and fine, but there were a few issues I had, mostly cosmetic, concerning thickness of the strap and consistency of the details. Owner Ryan contacted me, thanked me for the honest review, and offered to make me an improved replacement. Laura in Customer Service then sent me a message saying they would put me at the front of the line and send it out that week. When I received the new strap, I couldn't be more pleased to see that they had addressed all my concerns and then some. “I had purchased the previous watch strap in English tan but unfortunately my thicc wrist required the third last hole and the strap barely tucked into the keeper.
I chatted with Ryan on IG and he offered to replace it with the new version and even refunded me the difference bc the straps were on sale for their 7th anniversary.

“First off, smells GREAT - that's the first indication that it's good leather, treated well. It's thick and strong, with clearly well done stitching (I'm not an expert ofc). I've had straps in the past that were either weak, thin or had weak stitching and it made me feel like it was gonna fall under the weight of the watch. [Do note: it's a THICK strap, keep that in mind]. The buckle itself is equally very strong and well made (not at all like thin and flimsy buckles you sometimes find). The loop is well fitted and keeps the extra leather in place. And most importantly, it's supple and soft. Honestly just wearing it, the leather against my skin feels GREAT and it only gets better with time.”
