“Have three leather straps from Popov. These things are very comfortable and they look great. I bought the first one some 4 years ago and it looks and feels better as it gets older.”
“I've been buying leather goods from Popov Leather since they opened shop. This is my second watch band. The first I bought several years ago. It was a single band, rather than a two-section style, and is still going strong. I think I like the newer two-section better. The quality of leather in all the goods I've purchased is superb; the craftsmanship unsurpassed. The only thing I would have liked better is to have the band a little thinner.”
“Dear Ryan, I received the watch band and I think you have a great product. The color English tan is right on spec, the black metal is also flawless but I was a little disappointed with the back of the strap.
The back, where the watch band pins begin, start off with a thin overlay but after 3/4 of an inch it rounds off and stops. Businesses, typically get better with suggestions from the consumer, so if I may suggest a full overlay on the back of the strap. There are no pictures on your site that reveals the back which is made of just raw hide and it looks unfinished on my watch. Also, the strap is one continuous width and does not taper along the sides of the holes like other watch straps.
I am keeping the strap because of flexible comfort and wish to see the wear change throughout the summer as I break it in a little more.
