Sport 24 Gray Reviews

Compact design makes it easy to use for this apartment dweller. I am a senior so the limited amount of weight is not an issue. Of course there are other models with more weight for the younger set. Easy to change weights and do a variety of exercises. TIP - either buy the optional stand or put the powerblock on an elevated surface when using. If you try to change weight with it on the floor it is hard to see the colors and could misalign.

We love these so much that we were fighting over mine. I bought this set for my husband to go with his Pro50's. Now we have 3 sets of powerblocks in our home gym.

I really like my Sport 24 weights. I do a lot of online strength classes, so it took a few times for switching the weight up or down to become quick and easy, but now I'm loving the ease of it. They feel balanced and secure in my hands whether lifting overhead or just holding the ends of one weight. I like how compact they are, never getting in the way when lifting or rotating the weights close to my body. Super easy to store in my small space, as well!

I'm severly chronically ill and these have been perfect for my minimal exercises. I love that I can change the weight as I build muscle.

I'm older so I am not interested in bodybuilding. I just want to maintain what muscle mass I have as I head into semi-retirement. I want to tone up a bit, and any reasonable gains in muscle will be good. I would rather do more repetitions with lighter weights than a few reps with something heavier. The Sport 24 dumbbells are serving me well, and my wife has remarked that I've toned up already. That's a plus!
