“Meets the conditions for an EZ curl bar. Once you kinda figure out the best way to load and unload it with weight the piece fits seamlessly into your routine.
The only critique would be including adder weights and plastic weight pins with the purchase. Not a deal killer but its one more thing to move around to get set up to lift. Also the stickers that are included give you a weight option for one or three adder weights. Seems kinda weird to load one side heavier than the other.
Im a father of six and working out at “home gym” amongst all the other craziness of life. Its a solid addition to the gym that will be around for awhile.”
