These are great for most dumbell workouts. Key word most. The convenience and minimalistic approach to the powerblock keeps me in love with them. Its so easy to adjust the weight and does not take up much room. A great solution for a started gym, I am excited to get stronger using them. There are some problem workouts I am still trying to find a solution for. I thought goblet squats with these would be doable, and they are, but gripping the dumbells from the sides is awkward no matter how you put it. The Kettlebell make a few more things managable, but there is just still a limit to what can be accomplished with these. I just want to comfortably squat! I am debating giving the straight bar accessory a try to be able to squat, but then I have to snatch it over my head each time I use it.

So far so good. Exactly what I expected and looking forward to expanding them. Perfect for my home gym and current state. Easy to change 10lb increments. 5lb changes take a bit more with the removal and addition of the cylinder weights, but overall great. Very happy with the purchase. They arrived quickly and ready for use in just a few seconds. I got the knurled grip ones, which are pretty fat, but they provide a nice texture and grip, not sure how the others compare.

Love these things! A little odd at first getting use to using them due to the shape, but once familiar(3-5 uses)great addition to my home gym.

The Pro 100 Exp are awesome! Great build quality and compact. These are great for a home gym. I use them in my apartment. They are easy to keep together and keep out of the way. Definitely go for the knurled version!

I love it's versatility and having a big amount of weight taking up so little space! The cons: the top level tubes that connect the weights dig into your wrist(s). Every chest day I leave with bruises because of this. The dumbbells lean vs. being straight when lifting causing this issue.

Very happy with these. They're solid, easy to change, quiet because of the coating, and not even all that bulky considering. The knurling is excellent though the handles are a tad on the thicker side. They feel great for pressing, etc but for heavy rows or farmers my forearms do feel the burn. It's a good burn but grip suffers just a bit. Overall, though, I'm incredibly pleased and will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for adjustables.
