Didn’t realize I had to pay an additional $200 3 more times to get the rest of the expansion… and if I try get a refund they take 10% from the price you paid… Jesus Christ these people are GREEDY. The power blocks are quality but the shadiness/hidden costs completely offset everything. And idk why they say their customer service is top tier, every time I call it’s an instant voicemail and referral to their email… but alright haha I would never buy these again, and would never recommend it to ANY of my friends. Check Facebook Marketplace for cheaper, more reliable, adjustable dumbbells.

I purchased the knurled grip version after doing allot of research of adjustable dumbbells. Changing weights is fast and easy. I would recommend.

They just feel really good in my hands, nice sturdy, grippy feel to them. Happy I ordered the knurled grip, just wish they were stainless steel.

I wanted adjustable dumbbells for about a year and was set on getting the Bowflex 1090 because I have the Bowflex Kettlebells and the 2080 barbell and was happy with those. I had my the 1090 weights in my cart and credit card information entered and then did a quick Reddit search and seen the amount of issues people have with the plates falling. PowerBlock was recommended by many so I went to your site to check it out. I was not sure about square design, but thought I would give it a shot and placed the order that same day. I got a call from a Bowflex rep because they "noticed" that I was on their site and had the 1090 weights in my cart and did not complete the checkout process. I told the representative that I did some additional last minute research on their 1090 set and explained the issues I read about (plates falling) and that customer service was difficult to work with. Funny thing is that the rep just said "well we are here if you have any questions... did not even try to talk me into getting them or explaining anything about their product. I have had my Pro 100's for a month now and LOVE them! The square design is not made and love the thickness of the grip bar. The weights are pricey but love that I can upgrade as needed. I bought the standard set with the 60lb. add on and that is enough for me right now. I did keep the boxes that weights came in because they work ok as a weight rack :)

I’m very impressed with the powerblock. It’s much cheaper than getting 5-100lb dumbbells and it takes up way less space. My only drawback is I wish they had extension kits that went up to 120+, but the increments would have to become thinner. Overall though, very easy to change between weights and pretty sturdy. I recommend these to my friends all the time now.

I love the power blocks. I have had a set for over 20 years. I just decided to treat myself to a new set. They are very nice and sturdy. I got pro100 exp. With knurled metal handle. The handle is the big reason I got them and it is awesome.
