“Very beneficial and convenient product! Easy to store in the corner of my room or pack up in the camper to use first thing in the mornings, either at home or on the road! I like the knurled grip, paid a little extra for it but I think it was worth it. The only complaint I had through the buying process was how many options power block has, if you buy elites from Amazon or a 3rd party dealer the blocks are cheaper and they're made in China. I had to do quite a bit of researching to find all the differences and ultimately I settled for the elite USA made in the USA and can only be purchased through the actual powerblock website. Overall, I am happy with my choice, shipping was fast and free also which was a huge plus!”

These weights are compact, solid, and easily adjustable. The knurled grip makes it feel like an extension of your arm. “I got these Elite USAs at just the right time. My gym closed down, and I'm about to move in a few months, so I didn't want to get tangled up in a contract just to leave again, so I was looking for other options. I originally got some CAP plates and dumbell handles, but I couldn't get them heavy enough, and they took way too long to change. After getting these and the Stage 2 kit (I plan on getting the Stage 3 kit soon), I can go from 10 to 70 pounds a side in seconds, opening up the possibility of doing supersets. These accompanied by an adjustable bench that folds up, I can do everything at home that I was doing at the gym. I love that they're made in the USA and have a warranty. The only thing I don't love is the knurled handle (most people like this), but I just put some bike handle bar tape on the handle and they're perfect. The knurled handle keeps the tape from slipping, and they're comfortable!
One of the things that I was concerned about with these, is being able to do wrist curls, but surprisingly I can. I have big wrists and I'm still able to do 90% of the movement which is amazing.
