“This is an exceptional exercise mat and is very reasonably priced. It covers more than sufficient area to allow room for any type of home workout. I've tested it with yoga, high impact aerobics, plyometrics, and heavy dumbbell routines. In every instance, the mat provided great impact support, yet it remained firm enough to give solid footing ahd prevent slips. The mat works equally well with shoes or bare foot. There was no odor upon opening it, and the mat has not moved or noticeably shifted during my workouts. It is highly compatible with Powetblock dumbbells. It easily rolls up after each work out, with velcro straps to keep it rolled, and it can lean against a wall corner rather unobtrusively. This is a very sound purchase.”
