“The handles are a little thicker than a standard commercial gym type handle but your grip strength will carry over to your barbell training for sure. I now hate using standard sized dumbells since buying these but man they feel great!”
“These may be my new favorite toys! Honestly they are strong and sturdy, fit well in my large hands and they just look cool. Just seeing them makes me want to use them. I was a bit concerned at first thinking switching weight would be annoying, but it isn’t at all. I would recommend getting a stand for them, other than that they’re great.”
