“I rate acceptable ONLY because, it's a great tool! But not if you have nasty, hard, evil clay (can't even call it soil or dirt!) that the dear little auger barely penetrates! It "danced" all over the place when trying....and then after shoving a wee bit with a shovel, it still didn't quite do what I had hoped it would do! On the flip side of the coin, "ELVIS" and his sweet assistant were super duper nice, helpful, and professional -- and the bonus?! They had a GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR!!! I hope to use this auger later this year, once my soil (in the shade, and a bit moist) is able to handle planting bulbs, etc! THANK YOU one and all! I would buy this -- and even a bigger one if I could!!! Keep on keepin' on :)”
