“The decking stain arrived well package. Excellent value for money at almost half price compared to other major sit retailers. We put 2 coats of the city stone onto decking that had been down 8 years. Everyone who has seen it thinks it looks fab. Really brightens the decking hides some of the imperfections and can withstand heavy foot traffic. We have even applied to some old sleepers 1 coat and agin has transformed them would definitely recommend this product. Karen B. Pontefract”

“I purchased 1 Tin of this to cover some decking that I had to repair and wanted to cover the obvious difference in colour. I thought it worked really well and I loved the colour. You need to make sure the decking is clean and totally dry. I applied 2 coats (1 day apart) with a roller and I think it has been great. It says dry in 6 hrs but try not to use the decking for a few days to give it full time to bond. Heavy use will wear it a bit but it still looks fine I think. I was so pleased I bought another 4 tins to cover the remainder of my deck after carrying out more repairs. I am still pleased with the result but can only give a 3 star rating as the colour is completely different. Instead of grey it is more of a brown colour. Just weird. I put this down to being a different batch and so would advise anyone to purchase all they need in one go to ensure you get stain from the batch. If the colours had matched perfectly I would have given this 5 stars without a doubt.”
