“Sadly, this is not a good one for the service. I ordered a replacement pair of X-series bypass secateurs as they are arguably the best on the market, and I have used them for years. I am now reviewing Tools Direct and not Fiskars. Power Tools Direct sent me a unit that was damaged - it had its locking mechanism missing; I sent an email to this effect and the service from there was rather off-hand. I have yet to return the damaged unit, so will wait to see how they handle customer service from here”
