“Once I had taken the time to seek help from my neighbour, the dryer was erected in no time. You just have to work out that not all parts are needed if your hole in the ground is already in place. Great dryer particularly for tall people!”

“The line pole fit into the socket was not manufactured tight enough. I followed installation instructions but found it hard to keep vertical (using two levels taped to pole in each plane) when it was a loose fit whilst fast setting cement was setting. Also no cover came with the line, I purchased one to suit (green) from another supplier. Also the arms needed a strap to keep in place, this I made myself to make it easier to put the cover on. The line needed a cover because when not in use the yellow lines with green arms and pole looked unsightly in my back garden. No problem when in use but when collapsed down it needed a green cover. Instructions state to oil the winding mechanism twice a year, I found a screw behind the handle which I assume was where oil could be squirted if removed. It would have been better if this was labelled "Oil". Its been used a few times and drys clothes well.”

“This Rotary Dryer is a disaster!!!! The line with the adjustments is always coming undone, then the other three collapse. I had my old Hills line for almost forty years and never had any trouble, they are sturdy and well made. This one is strong too, it is just this alteration on the line adjustment which has caused me so much trouble!!!!! I would never recommend it to anyone, I am very disappointed!!!”

“A very sturdy piece of equipment, however you still need to push the line up and lock it in place which I was unaware of, the rotary handle only raise the top piece higher it doesn't control the whole mechanism.”
