“TOTALLY USELESS for me! I ordered this after seeing it on a page for disabled people as it had a handle to wind the arms up and down or so I thought! Nothing in the description told me the arms had to be pushed up and a button used to do so. The handle is to wind the line higher!! Due to arthritis I cannot push the line up nor with the help of my husband can we raise it for use! Therefore THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE. It also came with damaged paint work that was not visible until it was unpacked. The paintwork comes with a guarantee that would be worthless as it is damaged at the outset! From the information that is with the product it appears that this is an old model anyway! Very disappointed in this item. The star rating for ease of use is actually minus 1”
