“Great light output from such a small light which unscrews from tripod base to increase its versatility and it also has an adjustable hook and built in magentic fitting so is very flexible in use. I bought 4 lights one of which was faulty and was promptly replaced by Power Tools Direct but the replacement also proved faulty. As the blister packaging makes it impossible to switch the light on to test it Power Tools Direct chose, at my suggestion, to refund me. I expected to be refunded for the single faulty light but was very surprised and pleased to be refunded for the full value of my order. Full marks to Power Tools Direct for their efficiency and exemplary customer service. They are definitely on my list (a short one) of preferred suppliers.”
