“I have been buying power swabs for a few years now. They used to work great and within this past year or so, they don't work at all. There is not enough whitening liquid in the vile and you don't feel it working at all. My gums & lips would get a little white when I used them a couple of years ago so you knew the product was working. Now there is absolutely nothing. No whitening taking place while it's on my teeth. Very disappointing. There's not enough hydrogen peroxide or whatever you use in the whitening vile and it doesn't whiten my teeth anymore. I did call two times to report this and I guess nothing was done. I waited about 6 months to order power swabs again to get a different lot #, but the whitening swabs are still the same. Not working at all. I will not be purchasing them anymore and it's very disappointing. They used to work great!!!! You need to add more of the whitening liquid in that swab/vile.”
“To be honest, some of the power swabs did not have enough fluid in the tube.
This has happened to me several times. Hopefully, when I order next time this won't happen.”

“The product does work and they have attempted to improve the packaging/product application tool. However, with the last set I received there were still two tubes that the application wand broke off inside the tube and could not be used. I lost two applications due to this issue.”
