“I take 3 capsules 1/2 an hour before going to bed. Helps tremendously falling asleep and staying asleep. No side effects at all. I wake up morning fully refreshed, rejuvenated and full of life and energy. Not exaggerating... it's true. I don't wake up during the night. If I do, I fell asleep immediately. Would highly recommend friends and family.”

“Love this because I can feel a noticable difference when I take it, I wake up feeling well rested, even though I may have had several disruptions throughout the nite or only had a few hours sleep, whatever the case may be I wake up feeling refreshed when I take this before I go to bed, it is quite amazing. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!”
