“If you would like to have good and regular bowel movements this is the answer. Also, if you suffer from different types of cramps, this will alleviate that completely. I’ve been using magnesium from Premier Research Labs for years and it’s been an absolute lifesaver! I’ve tried other brands and there’s just no comparison.”

“Love the product! Support my pH balance. When I take it in the evening, 1 hour before sleep, I sleep without interruptions all night, and my pH balance is alkaline in the morning. Used to be slightly acidic, but since I am taking the powder everything improved, including my joint stiffness. Would recommend it to friends and family.”
